Have you ever think, why does someone who loves fishing are unable to stop the urge to fish? You will find the answer by giving yourself a try.

Before the end of last year, Rileklah's team decided to do a little bit of research where is the best spot to fish for beginners or you could say newbies like me.

Banting, Selangor is a place where many hidden gems are located. The beauty of the nature are well kept, and indeed one of the most seeked-out attractions.The location that we went was Kolam Pancing RM 3 Jugra. The first question that popped in your head must be like "Could you really fish for only RM 3" and yes, you can. The journey from Kuala Lumpur took us around 45 minutes

Why we say this is the perfect spot for newbies is you can basically go there without the need to bring or buy any new fishing equipment. The rods are provided by the management. Only the rod? The good news is no.  It includes the bait as well. You only have to pay RM 10 for the rod and depends on how many baits do you want.

I would suggest if you are new to fishing, do bring along some friends that could guide you step by step on how to fish. It would truly helped you. But, if you are confident enough to ask people around to help you, you could do that as well.

The fishing pool is quite large in area and there are couple of pools that you could choose. Another tip, each pool contains different type of fish. The best time to go here I would suggest during the morning or evening. Unless, you are willing to fish during the hot blazing afternoon. During this endemic, all SOP are stritcly followed and the gap between one another well taken care of.

Once you managed to catch one, the fish will be charged based on its weight and species. If you are lucky and managed to catch a big one, better bring a little bit more of money. One of the most important rule that you have to remember is; Once you catch one, you are not allowed to release it back into the pool.

For my first experience of fishing, it was truly an unforgettable one. I enjoyed it a lot and lucky enough managed to caught two which were quite decent in size. All you need is a little bit of luck and patience!
